Cutler Real Estate asked Dianna a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Dianna's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

Cuyahoga Community College & Hondros College

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

Worked as an admin at First Federal of Cleveland (Charter One) for the VP of Credit and Loan Service Department; After understanding the workings of the credit, appraisal, taxes, insurance & foreclosure process. I wanted a career that was flexible as we had plan for children. Really, enjoyed the unlimited possibilities of income. I stayed because I excelled at watching my business increase from year to year. Developing life long friendships throughout my career has been the biggest bonus not just with my clients but other real estate professionals.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

Currently live in Middleburg Heights OH since 1996. Our city has a state of the art Community Center both inside and out. Middleburg Heights is located in the Berea School System and has an excellent rating as well as Polaris Vocation Center that serves over five Cities in the area. Middleburg is also has easy access I 71 North & South, only minutes to the turnpike & airport. Middleburg has an endearing factor with the National Park system from end to end of our City. With great natural bird watching areas, walking & bike trails and Isaac Lake formed from a glacier & is a natural preserve.

4. How do you spend your free time?

My goal was to have a hobby for all seasons and I've know have accomplished that. Outside of reading and travel. I enjoy fishing, golfing, gardening and skiing. So depending on the weather I'll most likely be outside.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

  1. My bible that has my name engraved on it
  2. My grandmothers diamond earrings
  3. Family vacation photo album from Colorado and Florida
  4. Our house
  5. My journal

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Enthusiasticenergeticadventurous. Okay it's three words typed together. Let's go with passionate.
